Return Policy
We stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your purchase for any reason, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund. *Some restrictions apply*
In-store Return Policy
- All exchanges must be in new condition, in original packaging and accompanied by original sales receipt.
- All returns paid by check will be refunded by company check 10 business days from date of return.
- All returns paid by cash will be refunded by cash or company check 5 business days from date of return.
- Return must be completed within 14 days after the date of purchase.
- All special orders are final sale.
- Any product that has been personalized, engraved or altered in any way is nonrefundable.
Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date it was shipped. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.

How To Prepare an Online Return or Exchange:

- Package your return. Please include all original packaging and paperwork.
- Insure your package for the price of the purchase.
Once we receive your package, we will notify you with email confirmation. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. If you have any questions about our return process, please contact us at info@nazariandiamonds.com.
If a package or item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately after you receive your order. Nazarian Jewelers will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
